This was my first and last order with Big Al's. I purchased a small aquarium, heater and Plant substrate on April 30, 2021. After the order was placed I saw my conformation number email. It said I would get a tracking number soon as it shipped. I waited about 5 days, reached out to Big Al's asking for an update and ETA. Few days went by, then I received an email with the tracking number. At this point it had been about a week.Few days later I get a third email from customer relations with my tracking number......I already had from the system. So I have been checking the tracking number, looking for an eta. Then I get this email asking about my order....an order I hadn't received yet. So it finally came in on May 15, 2021. I think it is disappointing when petco and petsmart can have thing delivered before 2 weeks on standard shipping.

The website advertises 2-3 day shipping for my location. It's been 2 weeks along with an email to customer service and my order doesn't even have a tracking number created yet. I have received no notification of when/if my order will ever arrive. I will be cancelling my order in the morning and buying my aquarium supplies elsewhere.

Ordered 2 products. Only one was delivered. When I sent an email that one of the products was not delivered I was emailed back by support simply saying that the delivery shows as delivered. That was a big help. So I called customer support, a really nice lady told me she could see on her end that the missing product never shipped and she would have it shipped out. A week goes by with nothing delivered so I call back. The guy who answered tells me the product is now out of stock and on back order. Terrible first experience with Big Al's. Reefing is an expensive hobby and you guys have way too many competitors to have service like this. I will take my money and business to one of your competitors.

Payed for item then got canceled and refunded:(

We'll see if Big Al's white-washes their reviews: I contacted them about an issue for my order from a while back and they were so unapologetic and scripted with their response. Didn't even offer a discount on future orders or admit they may have fallen through the cracks on this order.
