I received someone else's order and emailed and called customer service to see how I could return this item. No responses.

The wesite don´t separate male and female fish and they don´t listen what you say I asked a couple they gave me two male

All of ur products are so expensive compare to other shoppers I bought a cage and I found same cage with same color same size and same brand 25 dollars cheaper than ur price, i was ur customer but i dont buy anything more from ur store and ill tell to my friends, coz they’re ur customer also.

Big Al handling of online returns was a terrible experience. I've shopped at Big Al:s for 19 years. I will not shop there again.
