Got a generic reply to my email that had nothing to do with what I was asking about. Then they just closed the ticket right away before I could respond.

Not sure if you deal with the retail stores but I bought on Thursday a $60 air pump. It dies after 3 hours running I’m told no refunds only store credit. Is this normal for your company

Lied to about stock. Order was cancelled by vendor but they lied giving reason that I cancelled order. Was unable to get credit on my visa for several days and had to email vendor.

I am still waiting for a refund from May from your company. PayPal never received my refund nor was my account credited. Mark Cervasio

I just checked my PayPal account and my refund money never was credit.
