I was submitting an order for about $154 and sent a request to use my credit card, which I use all the time and my bank automatically pays the monthly bill. I received no reply. A few days later I sent another message, this time letting them know that since I have heard nothing from them, that I was going to get the coral items elsewhere. I had to use 4 other companies to get what I could have gotten from you. I got what I wanted but had to pay some shipping charges. Your e-mail today requesting an evaluation report, is the first time I have heard from you. I really can't rate Big Al's. only those who handle their communications with customers. I really do not believe that anyone from Big Al's will see this review, because it will probably be blocked by those who are suppose to reply to customer questions.

Never recieved what I ordered. Two weeks later received an automated email that stated credit memo with no explanation. Sent email next day asking what happened to my order and still haven’t received a reply back. I could have ordered this stuff on chewy with free shipping and received it the next day… won’t make that mistake again.
