When I received my order, 2 items out of 3 were missing. They were shipped later, after contacting support but that caused almost a week long delay to my aquarium project! Don't understand why small items are being shipped in huge boxes. Also, the shipping charges are VERY high!

Unsatisfied with the service.

Perfect size, very flimsy plastic clasps to hold it together. The door was very awkward. Disappointed you do not have Free Delivery.

Seems every time I order something inventory is off and I don't get what I ordered , also the last three orders I placed I was missing items . Just not very professional .

When I ordered Big Als flake food - they refunded my order - then a month later said they were holding my order at 12:02 am - at 6:00 am they showed no stock so I asked - when they got back to me hours later they said they did not have again. Have you ever tried NOT SELLING FROM AN EMPTY WAGON? Which by the way is the first thing I learned in sales from a wise boss.
