Poor customer service. Very unresponsive and lack of details. Also, had to call and remind to get my rma.

On October 27 I ordered a Monarch aquarium with all the equipment to be delivered in mid November. The Monarch stand was backordered so I ordered a tubular stand which was , with the rest of the order, to be delivered two weeks ago. No show. You have my money and I have no aquarium. Phone calls did not help. You are waiting for the stand from the warehouse. I would like to deal with Al's BUT. Scare up my order and we can become friends. Darcy Rector

Was going to purchase $160 or sand, but when I went to check out, it was going to be $63 shopping.

My shipment been packaging for 7 days.

I've still yet to receive my order that I placed on October 18th.
