Prices seem fair but the shipping is lacking. Shipping is slow and seems to take forever to get to me.

In today's on-line world, I find that Big Al's is missing a huge opportunity by not having on-line purchases or even a good on-line selection. Ironically, I have purchased from Big Al's via Amazon, but you have also lost sales because I bought from Amazon that was not from you because you simply have little on-line presence. The US site is a bit better, but the Canada site is disgraceful.

I appealed to customers support for discount code but was given an invalid coupon. Is it possible to give me working coupon?

tried to order fish food for delivery. The web site would not let me. I asked the on line chat, but they got back to me days later. I had already ordered through a different company.

In my opinion the fish selection isn't that great, there is a real demand for discus and the store never has them in you ask the employee and they say oh ya we will have some next week but it never happens
