Didn’t send shhipping information email

Customer service is great when i reached out saying thr subscription promo code didnt work for my order. End up finding out the this subscription promo does not work for customer ordering from Canada. Quite a bummer.

They have the products at Big Al's for sure, but shipping is a bit over the top. The box my 4oz filters came in was at least 3 x the size necessary, stuffed 75% with paper, and nearly doubled the price of my purchase.

I called in to see if an item for sale was for 2 or 1. I was told 2 and that was fine and i asked if there was any deals going on to save me some money as the product was more than a few other places. I was told a promo was going on and let the agent go. He was super nice but didnt tell me the promo was for USA customers only and when i called back I was told there was nothing for us in Canada to save some money. Not even a 10% off to say hey, sorry for our mistake. Not the best customer experience.
