3 days after order confirmation, I emailed them to find out when the order will be shipped. I was told that there was an error and an item I had ordered was not in stock. The rest will be shipped in 48 hrs.

Shipping takes too long

While I did get a $25 credit after it took several months to get a refund and my many (10+) return and customer service requests “fell through the cracks” of your system I just feel it still doesnt compare to all the time and stress I endured throughout this process. I was very close to having to get my bank and lawyer involved because bigals NEVER responded until a few days ago and resolved things. I definitely appreciate that things are finally resolved and I got a $25 credit on top but after this I am very very unlikely to order things from you guys again. I don’t want to experience a 3 month wait on a simple return.
