+5 stars for having lots of eheim parts. -1 star for 7 days free shipping delivery with a purchase of over $75. -1 star for sending three emails asking for a review before my items arrived. Overall 3 stars

Why until now my order is still not shipped? It is a week later than the promised date of already delayed wh move.

I really like the prices. I ordered almost a hundred bucks worth of stuff, but never received anything that the order was shipped. I had to email and was told it would go out in a couple of days. Still no email of shipment or any kind of tracking number.

I've had pretty good experiences shopping and ordering from this site, however there's 2 things I think could use some attention: Firstly, order processing could be faster. I've placed orders in the beginning of the week, only to not receive them for well over a week. And Secondly, customer support responses are Horribly SLOW! I waited about a WEEK to receive so much as a response from customer support in regards to a faulty aquarium heater... These areas could DEFINITELY use some work.

I drive 2h to come to the Ottawa location all the way from Quebec just to come to your shop. I needed a light fixture for a small fluval edge 6 gallon tank. I was really disapointed with the employee whom i asked advice on. I felt he just wanted to sell me anything and get rid of me even though i was insisting that that fixture was not what i was looking for. After going to the fish section and knowing that I was pretty sure the other employee could help he actually took the time to come and explain to me wxactly what I needed and at a lesser cost. Thank you to him, unfortunaltey did not get his name but he is the reason my 2 hours trip was worth it.
