Has a good selection on fish and aquarium items,but not much on other pet items . I also have a parrot and cats and dogs so I would like to see more selection on those

really close aquarium store,associates are somewhat friendly, easy to pick up needed equipment, however, fish are in poor health. visited at 6pm many tanks dark and some floating dead fish. Bad habits like dipping the bag for picked out fish into aquarium to get water , how do you float a bag with fish in your aquarium with cross contamination possible. So, types of supplies.... great.... friendliness & healthy fish poor!

I have been pleased with Big Al,s for years with great prices, delivery and services. However, I have been getting the large size of certain reptile food since 2013. Now that product large size is not being stocked any more. Buying the smaller size raises the cost of the product by almost 400%. I will have to buy from another vendor as the size and cost are what was carried at Big Al's.

About a year ago, I purchased several. The minimum order for free shipping is high. I have tried several times to purchase again, but none of the products I was looking for were available from this seller. Their available products list is extensive, but I need to amass $75 and I have not succeeded for several months.
