I have always used a blend of reward/clicker training with my dogs. Recently, my 8 year old terrier has started terrorising our rural neighbourhood, killing chickens etc. I had tried almost everything. It became apparent that he would continue to kill or end up shot by a frustrated neighbour. When I called Bark Control Australia, they were able to suggest a number of units that would meet my need, and were amazing with their assistance. They spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with me, answering all my questions. There was no rush to get me off the phone when I thought I'd decided on a particular unit. They were very helpful with the training tips to ensure I don't fry my 6kg terror. Outstanding. Very, very happy.

The deliverey process is good. For the amount of money and I know own 5 petsafe collars. I would like to see a better quality collar, also I would like the collar to be a little wider as this would provide more comfort to the dog.
