I found the website most informative but was still unsure which collar to purchase. I rang the helpline and the gentleman promptly advised the best collar after asking a couple relevant questions. He explained why he thought it was the right choice and advised of the return policy if I wasn't satisfied. Looking forward to receiving the collar.

The Bark Control website is great and helped. The staff are fantastic!

I received the Bark Control device not knowing if it would work on my fellow. However, we've had an excellent result. I chose the Citronella spray device, not wanting to have to use the shock device. We're lucky, he hates it. It stops him in his tracks. I think this helps him enormously. He is a much more relaxed and settled fellow.....A good online company that I gladly endorse... Thank you
