I seem to be buying more and more online these days and more often than not I cannot get through to someone to talk to or even get an email replied to. I sent a message to Bark Control Australia and they replied less than thirty minutes later. I nearly fell off my chair!! Very friendly customer service and a very informative website.

..being a customer of Bark Control I contacted them when faced with a very serious problem with our dog. The staff member (Jason) realised I needed help and fast, no questions asked he went out of his way to solve my problem.
