Bark Control is a great company to deal with. Even after I got the collar and I had trouble programming it (my fault as like most blokes I don't read instructions!) a young bloke there could not be more helpful getting me up and going. Nice to have someone answer the phone for a change!

We have fitted the Hidden Fence 1200FMD using 400m of wire which we placed underground on our bush acres. We are so happy with the result that we are fitting another 200m so that our dog can access the Dam. Our 11month Labrador does not want to cross the flag line even though she has the temptation of running after the water dragons and many other small creatures. Prior to having the fence in she made it a habit of visiting the neighbours and running up to the road.

I have shopped online for quite a while now. There are companies out there who provide bad customer service or who do not care about you once bought from them. But my experience with the guys in Bark Control has shown me what its like to have a great experience to buy online. Its just like walking into a real store and getting served by knowledgeable and friendly staff who genuinely care about you. Its good to know that there are still companies out there who believe in great customer service without the 'Hard Sell'.
