Absolutely amazing customer service, high quality collars, I wish the staff worked for me as they are fantastic.

My dog loves this!! It only took a week to teach him to bring the ball back and put it back in himself. The product itself is good quality and I like the safety cut off when the dog walks in front of it. I was about to buy another brand but your website pointed out that this was the only one with a one year warranty and this is important for me with an item like this. My dog even got his new present the day after I purchased. Fantastic service from you guys all round!

This website is great! It's very informative and confirmed that I was getting the right harness for my dog (IDC by Julius K9). What really surprised me is how quick they got my item to me. Fantastic to deal with!

After looking at numerous websites for a citronella bark collar, it was great to come across your site! It was easy to find good info on the citronella collars. What capped it off was the customer service offered through your chat program. Very happy with my purchase.

I almost wrote this review a week ago, and it would have been a negative one! I purchased a bark collar and could not get it to work. It slipped around everywhere despite me following the directions. I then rang the Petsafe help number and spoke to a woman that basically read back the fitting instructions and told me to shave the dog. luckily I called back bark control (to ask for a refund) but got a very helpful person who basically told me not to follow the directions but to follow their directions for fitting the collar perfectly. He explained everything I needed to do clearly and in a way I could understand and made sense! that same day I refitted the barking collar and it worked immediately. Quiet dog now and a very happy customer! Last piece of advise don't call Petsafe if you are having troubles. Just call Bark Control. They know the products they sell (more than the petsafe people do!) and were more helpful than I could have expected. Carl
