I just wanted to thank you for all the information you provided on your website to help me buy the right training collar for my border collie. I had worked out that I did not need an expensive long distance collar. However when I rang I spoke to Neil (I think he is in charge there?), he gave me a fair amount of his time to explain how to introduce the collar and to use it to fix my numerous problems. He even sent me more information to ensure I was on the right track. this is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! Thanks Again Bark Control! Jenny J

I couldn't be happier with the results I've had with this product. My little dogs don't yap at EVERY noise EVERY time there is one. Saves my nerves and stress levels and neighbours temper.. The service I've received from the staff at Bark Control is nothing short of 100%. I couldn't be happier.

We purchased a collar for our dog about 12 months ago, to contain him within our 20 acres. He has a fascination with kangaroos. When we rang Bark Control they couldn't have been more helpful, both with suggestions on what would work best, and advice on how to install the product. We opted for the strongest available collar with enough wiring and flags to do 10 acres. We buried it and marked it out without any trouble at all. Any queries we had whilst doing this and training the dog were handled very professionally. We haven't looked back and are extremely happy both with the service and the product. Our dog now leads a happy and carefree existence, and we are far less stressed. We no longer have to watch him constantly or keep him on a lead in order to do anything around the property. Cheers for answering all of my questions about the auto ball launcher. Its good to see at least some companies still know the product they sell!!! Good warranty to back up the service, i'm a happy customer and Boof is a happy (worn out!) dog. Not sure which one of us likes it more in the end haha! Awesome job guys Kev
