The first day I put the collar on my dog (65kg girl)I had the collar set to progressive shock and after the second shock she learnt how it worked. I havent had any issues with noise complaints and she knows as soon as I put it on ,it's no barking time. I love that it has a wall charger too, saves on batterys.highly recommend this collar to anyone with a large dog, and the fast posting was just a bonus Hayley

I emailed Bark Control on a Sunday afternoon asking what bark collar would best suit my 6yo collie. By 9am the next morning I had a phone call from Damien who took a lot of time to troubleshoot which collar would suit the dog best. He didn't even laugh at me when I asked if the collar was going to harm the dog. After placing the order the collar was received the very next day....well done to Bark Control!!

Our new bark collar arrived promptly, and as it turns out, with a faulty battery. It took one phone call to a very friendly staff member who tracked down the problem and the next morning the replacement battery and easy to follow instructions arrived(to a regional area)!
