This product was delivered the very next day, amazing service and after spending several hundred dollars on other products, my daughter came across Bark Control and after looking at the appropriateness of each product to suit my dog, I ordered the SBC R10 It is certainly doing its job to the point where I only need to put it on when going out. Thank you as she was about to be put back in the shelter.

After receiving a complaint from my neighbour about one of our dogs barking, we needed to act! We had tried everything we knew to try and stop this issue before our neighbour approached us. By the way, they are great neighbours! Our monster of a min pin would head to the furtherest part of our fenced yard in the middle of the night after being let out to do his stuff and bark at our horses...but, he would not come back. Truly it was getting out of control. Not only that, if we were working with the horses, he would bark non stop driving us to distraction, we tried leaving him in the house, but he would scream at the top of his lungs, we tried crating again the same. Not only that, if we took him in the car, he wouldn't be restrained. I guess you are getting the picture here? Monster Min Pin needed to learn some lessons that would work. So, I searched and searched for bark collars, I felt so mean, but I was at my whits end. We found your site and decided on two products, the collar and corrector. I ordered, it was here the next day. I felt nervous putting the collar on, he is so little, so cute...etc... until he started barking again. Okay, time for Mr Min Pin (aka Baxter Bootus Irregulartus - because he speaks Latin) to realise it's not all about him. On went the collar, I held my breath...out he went strutting his stuff, waiving his 'paws' at the world in defiance, of what we will never know... but first couple of barks, nothing...my heart sank..then..booyah he got a hit! Yes, he gave a yelp, looked around in disbelief and started again....another reminder. I watched from a far, as he went back to the fence and it was like a new awakening ... he stood there NOT barking. It was like the sound sound of joyous Angels had erupted into a chorus of blissfulness! Within 24hrs he had got the picture. The only question left to be answered was "why had we not done this sooner". So, here's to sleep filled nights and quiet times, but loved filled Min Pin kisses. Cheers.

The customer service was excellent - the collar arrived almost immediately - and the results have been fantastic. Our dog (a very stubborn Jack Russell!) has now stopped her habitual barking so extremely happy with the outcome.
