Yet to use this product. however included in our order was a pack of replacement filters and a pump for our ceramic pagoda Fountain. So 5 stars above are for these items. Great products and glad to have our fountain up and running again. Our 'puddytats' couldn't live without it. Neither could we for that matter. Definitely recommend!! Thanks Bark Control
