Great service great product

Got a stubborn Kellie, barked barked barked, wouldn't stop. Read the reviews from this site, had a chuckle, bought it, put it on the dog, put it on two, dog barked right through it! Put it on six, barked twice , barked a third time and bang, felt like a bad pet owner, if it was a smaller dog I reckon I'd be picking up tufts of burnt fur, for setting 10 you'd have to own a rabbid grizzly bear I reckon. Back ed it off to setting four and, perfect, dog will bark once and stop, settled her down a lot. Mate this collar is legit!!! Carefully with what setting you put it on, or tufts of burnt fur is what you'll get.

This collar is fantastic. We don’t have to turn it on most nights or days. Just every few days when our dog starts to bark as a reminder, on customised level 1. Thank you to the team for helping me select the most suitable collar for our dog.
