Very happy with our purchase. Was not sure which harness to buy, rang the number on website, spoke to a gentleman over the phone - he was very helpful. Gives us more control when walking our GSD, easy to put on and take off.

We tried everything to stop our dog barking alot at night and during the day. Many sleepless nights trying to teach her not to bark at absolutely everything that moves or doesn't. Then a neighbour started complaining. I had heard about these collars from a work colleague who had the same situation so I bought one. It has worked a treat and we haven't had to increase the setting from just vibrating. It has now been 3 weeks and we are all sleeping much better and no more neighbour complaints. Thank you so much for inventing this!

My two dogs barked on and off at construction noise and joined in wirh neighboring dogs however I was the one my neighbors complained about. I wanted to throw it back at them by proving my dogs weren't barking for nothing but also I wanted them to clam down and not worry about outside noises. This Collar works well and it's made very well. Thankyou very much for the quick postage and easy to use website also.

This toy is indestructible! I have a dog who has destroyed everything but Kongs and Zwigs. West Paw products are wonderful - and Bark Control service was also excellent.
