Customer service is great, and so is product quality. Delivery on the other hand is bad. Ordering dog food is almost a two week affair.

order did not come when they said, was to come Thursday came following Monday night

So far it has been terrible. I placed an order and signed up for a subscription. Sept 4 and have not received my order. I emailed for information and reply was to be received 3 business days. Never happened. Found phone number on FB left a message with no reply. Only recieved a call back on the third call stating they recieved a missed call from my number. Did not know of my messages. Have been told the shipme t is now due in another week. So far terrible service!
