The courier service used by armour the pooch is absolutely abysmal service wise. You are harassed by the drivers to come pick up your order from the lobby. Or they just leave your order there.

I've ordered four bags of cat litter four times so far. The first time, only one bag was delivered, but the box contained a shipping label stating that four bags had been sent. I contacted the store immediately, and the remaining three bags arrived a few days later. The second time, all four bags arrived without any problems, which was a relief. The third time, I received a text message on my phone the day after ordering saying the box had been delivered, but nothing arrived, so I immediately contacted them. Later, my husband happened to see the delivery person mistakenly delivering a box to our neighbor's house, and we told him that it was meant to be ours, and we managed to receive it safely. And this fourth time, even though we ordered four bags as usual, only three bags arrived. However, the shipping label inside the box said four bags had been delivered, so I contacted them again right away, and finally, the last bag arrived seven days later. I want reliable delivery every time. It's extremely stressful.

I had three cats at the time that I purchased this, and its internal design makes it awkward for even one cat. Now that my two older guys have passed, I was hoping it would be great for my remaining girl, but she hates it. It isn't actually roomier inside, and the cats end up peeing in one single spot repeated unless you rotate the dome constantly. It looks funky on the outside, but that's about it. In terms of utility for the cats, there is none. Pretty bummed that I spent almost $200 on this.
