Only received 1 live and 1 dead body of the 3 Rainbow Danios I ordered with others. Emailed the info email address as directed on your web sight and included photos of unopened bags and never heard a word back or replacement fish. Not a happy customer.

Bad service overall.

DOA and fish did not come close to the same breed as on the photo, even with different variants, it did not have the same features as expected. It was another breed that you guys had for 20 dollars less. Got credit but, forget about it. Was ask to pay more shipping even though the shipping was picked with purchase already. Why set an option for shipping that is incorrect and later ask for more money. DOA, different breed fish, misinformation on charges, and slow delivery. Pass.

The frogs are cute but

The frogs are cute but they don't look like the photo. They aren't white. They're more of a blonde ADF. And here's what I'm really disappointed about - I specifically asked for a refund BEFORE a label was created. So... I should have been refunded. But no... Instead RIGHT after I sent you guys an email asking for a refund you just magically ("coincidentally") created a shipping label, never responded to my email and sent the frogs off anyway. Knowing that they could potentially get hurt and not have an aquarium to go into (my circumstances changed and I couldn't have the frogs because of it) you guys just sent them ANYWAY! Wow! You really don't care about the animals you're selling at all. That was so rude and inconsiderate - totally unprofessional and just morally WRONG. When a customer wants a refund (especially if it's for good reason but it shouldn't matter! Your customers are supposed to be first!) you should give them what they ask for. I am a seller myself and I would never ignore someone's request for a refund and just ship the item out anyway. That is just straight up SELFISH. As a seller myself I just don't get it. I don't treat my customers like that at all. Is money more important then your animals? Is money more important then your customers happiness and satisfaction? Apparently. I also read numerous reviews of people saying the same thing. No response and you guys will fight tooth and nail for money and not having to refund people. It's ridiculous. And the fact I paid $40 dollars for a damn box with foil glued to the inside of it and the frogs in 2 cheap dollar store plastic bags is RIDICULOUS Aas well. Really? For that price they should have been sent in one of those insulated boxes at least. The styrofoam ones. You're just ripping people off and milking them for their money any way you can. And it's selfish and wrong . I will never buy from here again because my money shouldn't go to greedy, selfish people who prioritize cash over their animals and customers. The frogs don't even look like the image you have. That image I found on another website as well...so I don't think that picture is even yours! Oh and your little note you send us with our order was also unprofessional. This isn't TikTok. Threatening to charge folks $100 dollars for wasting your time? Really?! You had an attitude in your letter and my response to that is: I should charge YOU $100 bucks for wasting my (MONEY AND) time. So: The packing was cheap for what I paid for. The frogs don't even look like the photo. The letter with an attitude was cringe. And more then anything else, the fact you didn't refund me when I had every right to get a refund is what really did it for me. I hate leaving bad reviews but people need to be warned about what type of people they're buying from. If you shop here don't ever expect a refund even if they haven't shipped it out yet. And know these people don't even care about the welfare of the animals they sell. They just wanna make money. That's it.
