1 doa all rams died within a week

Ordered 2 fish, paid all the shipping. Then they asked in an email for even more money to ship so I sent extra money. The fish arrived dead. Then the company started ignoring every request to fix this and I was left with no fish, no refund. SCAM!!!! Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a few chromis and 2 Mauritian Clowns. One clown never got shipped. Everything else in the box was dead. They charge ridiculous shipping fee of 19. 99 on top of normal shipping which is non refundable. I am out $60 and now only have a credit to a store I still need to pay $60 to ship. Even though their packaging is so bad everything died. Beware of this store. There are a lot of good online sellers of fish that do right by their customers. This one does not.

I still have not received my refund.
