My order arrived several days late. I didn’t receive all the fish I ordered, and the ones that came were all dead. I reached out multiple times via emails and phone calls trying to remedy this problem and have gotten zero response.

Most fish arrived healthy, missing two. E-mailed company and they wouldn’t respond back within 2 days. Needs better service and responses. .

I placed my order on April 14th and it which shipped on April 27th. I provided special instructions with the order which was not followed, neither was I contacted. Most of the fish arrived died.

1 fish was not included and 3 of 4 fish died
