Bad customer service

Fish arrived 5 days late dead , all I got was an email saying to file with UPS . UPS said file with AFD

Did not recieve this fish

3 of 4 fish were dead within first 48 hours. One fish dead on receipt. One died floating for temperature. One lived 37 hours. One is still alive. Won’t order again. Real waste of money. Beware fine print regarding refunds…it sucks.

No response back after fish delivery was DOA.
