All the fish died

Fish are smaller than everybody else and prices are higher than everybody else,shipping is good!!

I ordered 3 Specimens; when I received them, 2 were DOA. The fish were shipped without a heat pack. The delivery took 7 days. I called AFD to make them aware of the condition of the shipment. I took pictures and sent them to AFD; I never heard back from this Company. This is absolutely, the worst experience, which I have ever had with an aquarium company !!!
