everything pertaining to shipping and handling went well.

Site was great, easy to use, shipping was prompt. Only problem was I ordered three stripped Kuhli Loach and received two stripped and one plain brown.

UPS screwed up, and one fish died.

Packaging was great best 8 had but didn't realize I was getting 1.5 to 2.5 inch fish

Shipping was not overnight, i li e 3 hrs away and it would have been cheaper to just dri e and gwt the fish like I have done in the past great people and great service but UPD dropped the ball again
