Shipping bad, package was damaged
Lost both black widow frontosa, Calvus are doing great. Would like discount on next order due to damage packaging and the loss of 2 high end fish.

Loss of fish
So far I have lost four expensive Angelfish from this company two black and green angelfish and two Koi so far from my orders. It would be nice if they replaced the fish that died. The other fish I purchased from them are ok so far. Just the angelfish have not been healthy But the people there have been nice

Missing fish no response from company
I’m giving a bad review because while the fish I ordered were good quality I purchased 2 different gouramies and four of each. The ones that came were great and good quality but I was missing 2 of my dwarf blue gouramies. I took a picture of the 2 I did get and emailed them with the picture of only 2 not 4 of the fish. I never heard back from them. I also had a few dead tetras which I wasn’t going to take pictures of and ask for as it was only a few but figured I’d mention it here. I would have let it go if they would have at least emailed me back but still weeks later haven’t heard from them. Like I said if it was just the few tetras I wouldn’t have cared but these were two big fish and more expensive. Probably won’t buy from them again.

My order took longer than
My order took longer than expected to ship. One fish wasn’t packed properly and only lived an hour after unpacking. Lemon peel in same double bag and trigger. The trigger was 3 times bigger than the angel. I think he was just too stressed by the time he got to me.
