Ordered two tangs- a chocolate and a naso tang. The naso tang died the day after I got it and of course they don’t cover or issue credits for DAA- Death after arrival. All of the other 4 tangs in my tank are just fine and the chocolate looks great.

I was really excited when I receive my order on my first for fish. The second order came two days later unfortunately, three of the fish have died. Don’t understand cause my water parameters chemistry and everything is on target.

As far as shipping, they came, quick. Fish all came alive and healthy. As far as customer service, they were never able to answer my question. And they did short me one fish and I still have not received my refund.

Wrasse survived 3 days, butterfly was tiny not medium and survived 5 days, purple tang was better than advertised and is a fantastic specimen still doing great!
