I contacted customer care regarding a purchase that didn’t ship (I had to order a second one of these boots) and have yet to hear back.

My produce was received 9/26/22. The bottom was cracked and all but 1.5" of the content had leaked out into the packaging. I responded to the website contact info plus sent an email that same day. No response as of now. Needless to say I am a very unhappy customer.

Product not received. After a week received refund from Amazon. No emails to explain why. Will not use this company again

I still haven't received my order.
