Site says "In Stock" then it takes a week to tell me "It's still on backorder". Still? If I knew you didn't have it I wouldn't have ordered it! Thanks for taking a week from my pet!

I have two sick horses that need the medicine we ordered on 8 Dec. Order shipped on 10 Dec. As of today, 26 Dec, it has still not arrived. When I inquired via email just before Christmas you gave me the lame excuse that the Post Office was overloaded. I understand Christmas is busy but even the Post Office isn't this slow. Today the tracking update says it is leaving Fort Worth, TX (40 miles away) for final delivery. It said the same thing a week ago and it didn't arrive. Will see if it comes today. Keep your discount coupon. I will not shop with you again. If I could give you negative stars I would.
