No call back, shipping from the facility took forever. Very disappointed.

I have tried contacting someone regarding my order, to no availability! I have not received my order yet!

charge card was paid on 1/31 and now it is 2/16.

I ordered 5lb InsulinWise Powder on 1.22.23 and I have still not received it.

I never received the product nor did I receive any shipping notification or tracking information. You can keep your 5% because I will never order from your company again.
