Poor return policy… poor quality

Shipping time was good. Got product in 2-3 days.

Sizing is on the small size. “Down Puffer” is a stretch.

The product is wonderful. Unfortunately the customer service is the absolute worst! After my order was returned to them due to improper address (leaving out part of my shipping address which was entered correctly) I informed them if this error as I received a notice from USPS. They had not even entered this information in the system nor notified me. When I explained this was a gift that I had a limited time to give before I would have to repackage and forward to another address and asked if they could reship at a faster rate. The response was negative and abrupt claiming it was not their fault that USPS refused to deliver this parcel. Meanwhile I have had this address and have never had any difficulty from any carrier delivering to my address as I live in a normal one family home in an established neighborhood. Unfortunately, I have given these products to all of my family members for several years but I will not purchase Fabdog products ever again as they don't seem to care if their customers are pleased or not. I wish to patronize companies which actually want and appreciate my business.

The item itself seemed fine but was far too small and after paying for shipping, I didn’t want to pay for return shipping to exchange because I couldn’t be sure of the fit.
