Service and shipping was fast, but the product didn’t last more than one day.

I loved the quality of the coat I ordered for my dog. Last year, I ordered it from Chewy when he was a puppy but they didn't carry it this year so I ordered directly from you in a bigger size. I had to return it because it was way too big and wasn't available in the smaller size. Because of having to pay for shipping both way (UPS charged me over $16 to ship it back!) I wont be ordering anything from your company again. The coat was $38 but I ended up paying over $20 for shipping both ways. Until you change your shipping & return policy, its much too risky and expensive to order through you directly. Sorry to say this. I like your products.

Not having an accurate image or description of the product on your website, especially after changing it, was hazardous to my pet and resulted in a hospital visit. I appreciate knowing what I’m buying.
