I have been using the farmers dog. The food is good. The service is Excellent. We decided to change the food for our three Shih Tzu‘s because we filled that they were getting tired of the same ingredient so I placed an order Order three separate times within past eight months every single time it was delayed the process was not done properly. So I called I canceled the order after five days waiting for the food and I’m back on the farmers dog. I will recommend farmers dog to anybody and everybody. Great food grading ingredients and excellent service and you can track your package from a moment. It’s shipped till the moment arrives at your doorstep.

The bully sticks have a smell and so far it’s not easy to cancel my subscription, so not a good experience/customer service.

Ordered food and nothings been done to send it to me 4 days later. Get joy is unresponsive

I heard good things about you guys and wanted to have a try. While your website continues to get stuck at generating a customized plan for us based on the information we provided, customer service was also not helpful, probably the least efficient of all that I have encountered.
