I never placed this order because I only ordered when I needed it, I called and they told me ok but a week later they shipped $90 plus worth of frozen dog food that I told them I didn’t have room for in my freezer I called to complain and let them know they had made a mistake but they billed me anyway. I tried to reason with them and was told they couldn’t do anything. Needless to say they lost a customer over this error that could have been corrected, besides that they sent beef rather than chicken which is what my Boston terrier had been my order.

Not sure why this company is asking me for a review. I didn't even make it to the purchasing part yet. I have a very finicky dog and wanted samples for my dog to try before buying a big bag. They charge for the samples and shipping. Unfortunately they lost a great potential customer :(
