I really do like the food. It’s good quality and my dogs love it. However, the website sucks, I did not find it user friendly and when trying to cancel, it would not allow me to do so. Also, was charged for a shipment without being notified that it was about to process. Customer service wasn’t very helpful and told me I couldn’t cancel just hours after it being processed. Will not be using again.

Nice packaging, etc but I can’t tell that the calming treats are doing anything at all

Disappointed in your customer service. You do not inspire customer loyalty, from our recent experiences. Such a shame, as that does not make us feel welcomed or valued. There are so many really good fresh meal companies for dogs in existence now, so it seems short-sighted to be so unreceptive on your part.
