I love that Get Joy ships in environmentally safe boxes, wish the same would apply to their foods & there would be no plastic waste. I’d love it if they reduced the use of legumes or other proteins & indigestible ingredients in their foods, then I’d rate it excellent. Their customer service is top notch as they do reply to emails, keep you informed of any shipping delays & will call you to speak if necessary. Awaiting new & improved recipes…looking forward to growing with them.

A little slow in shipping

Food is great. Concerns me that my vet won’t permit me to leave it for my dogs when they board sonce the vet says it may carry dangerous bacteria due to freeze drying?? Would like to know what this is about. This food is expensive.
