I want to change up the meals in her subscription. I can't figure out how so I just keep pausing, and starting a new one with different meals.

Good is great, delivery is fast- but directions were ignored and food was left on the ground where my dogs can easily access.

I would love to give a five star review but I have had various issues in the last couple of months with shipments. Missing food packs, large chunks of tendon in food,, no freezer pack in one carton so all the food was warm to the touch. Etc. Way to many issues in the last couple of months that I wish would be resolved.

You guys are a great company, but my dog refuses to eat the treats

Even my picky eater loves the food, however shipping time seems too long. My order was not complete. I want to continue to use your product but these issues need to be resolved so I don't run out of food for my dogs.
