Overall the site is good, but I messed up my subscription because I didn’t understand how changing the frequency would effect how much food I received. I also had trouble establishing my account and had to have customer service get me into my profile.

I like your food and my dog does too. But I when I open one of the package there was plastic inside one of the meals just wanted to let you know.

My dog did not like the turkey nor the lamb. I have plenty of packs in freezer. She is a picky eater.
