Received damaged products for the 3rd time. Whomever packed the items, clearly, saw that they were placing ripped up/torn off and damaged items, to send out to a customer.

Most purchases have been excellent. Did anyone try out this toy before advertising how tough it supposedly is? Website ordering and delivery are great. Most products are great. This toy is a waste of money. (Sorry, but you asked.)

Terrible. I need/ want a LIFE JACKET for my dog "10lb Tessa" and I really hate ordering on-line because of sizing. I measured my girl's girth and checked the size chart, btwn sizes, go to the next one up.... The GIRTH is not the problem, the belly band is too long (7" front to back)! It rubs the back of the elbows in the front and it rubs the front of her back legs. The belly band length should be noted on the chart = It is definitely NOT useable for a BOY dog! I hate it and want to return it - I lose the shipping cost because of THEIR measuring omission.

The toy arrived broken and in torn box. I called to complain and was promised a coupon for anew toy. I have not received that coupon.
