Terrible
I submitted a claim because 3 toys that I ordered for my puppy were way to big for her. I DO NOT want my money back I just want to exchange the toys for smaller ones. I sent two emails and nobody has answered to me, called 3 times and was told that someone was going to reach out to me via email and again nothing. My puppy loves the toys from your brand and I love to see her playing and happy but customer service has been awful , literally nobody cares when I explain my situation. Can someone please help me? I want to keep ordering toys from you guys , I used to buy them always from TJ max and thought the website was going to be easier to order them but so far has been a nightmare when it’s about customer service.
