I requested a refund, email confirmation on October 20, 2022 said it was approved and refund would go back to my original payment in 5-7 business days. I donated the toy to my local shelter, as instructed. and it’s now November 8, 2022, 12 business days later and I still haven’t received the refund.

Far too easy to chew up and destroy.

My order was cancelled a couple of days after I order then it said it shipped so I was once again excited then it was credited a couple of days later. So it was definitely a bummer.

Ordered a toy for our pup and never received it. Called the company and they said it never got picked up from the warehouse so the representative ordered it a second time and we never heard from them again and never received the toy.

Order took more than two weeks to progress so I cancelled it and then it took an additional week to get a refund. I ordered from Amazon and got it in one day.
