I've been dealing with this company for way too many months. Their customer service is atrocious and they don't return emails. I'm still trying to return an item to them and they don't even acknowledge my emails anymore. I will never ever ever buy a single product from this company again. Also check out they pretend that they're an American company when their products are made in china.

I received a phone call from an outward hound employee named Jason, who cursed me out, threaten my life and spent three minutes screaming and cursing at me over the phone. The company had given me a coupon and said to use it before January 1st. When I was given the coupon it did not say one time use it said use it before January 1 so I used it a few times before January 1. I will never use this company again and I did not receive all the items that I ordered and paid for it. I will now begin the process of getting my money back on the orders that I placed and did not receive

Your customer service guy was awesome and very understanding, but it seems the bean counters have taken over the design of what was an exceptional value and toy that lasted, now it appears to be cheaply made junk.
