Shipping was slow

The last "dog-park " experience was to say the least was disappointing!

Just need to correct the problem of the collar randomly giving my dog feedback when she’s inside the house

Dealing with customer service for my return has so far been just fine. I’ll update if it goes south.

The training for the Halo was so thorough- it really helped prepare us and our dog for the collar. We've been very pleased with it's capabilities and function. I do wish the training had been updated before we got the collar instead of halfway through training, but that's okay, we went back and got tips!
