Based on the price, I had really high hopes for this system. After waiting 3-4 weeks to get the product, I can say it wasn't all I was hoping for.

The folks at Halo were extremely responsive to any and all of my queries. I did find that I had to wait a bit longer than possible for the shipment, but when I contacted them for a date they upgraded my "Basic Service" to "Gold" for 2 months which I thought was very nice. Overall, the customer service from all the Halo people were very nice and quite quickly managed. Kudos!
