Overall a good product, some of the updates are a bit problematic and from time to time the locations are way off. Once your dog is trained on the fence it works well and I feel I can locate my pet pretty quick if there are any issues. I wish there was a feature where I could have a live status on a tv or monitor where I could just glance at to see where my pet is in the yard without having to open the app on my phone.

Initially I was a skeptic. The training program seemed 'different' but it worked! Louie loves his Halo collar and we LOVE the 'portability' of a safe, fenced area we can enable on the fly. I believe as the technology improves, Halo will be a game changer in how people will have safe, flexible options to allow their best friends to enjoy safe spaces.

There's a long list of great things i could say, but go look at the 5 star reviews for that. The one thing I don't like is that the collars aren't as rugged as they should be for my dogs. I have had to use duct tape to adhere the strap to the gps unit because the claspy thing broke. I would hate for it to fall off and get lost because a flimsy piece of hardware failed!! And my dogs play rough together. One of them is a livestock guardian dog and lgd's instinctively go for the neck, even when playing. So really, the collar needs to be as tough as a chew toy. And it isn't. I still love it though. Even with these faults it's better than not having it.

Overall it works well but I do wish the geo-fencing was a more accurate. It often alerts my dog is just outside the fence and in reality he’s in the middle of the yard no where near the fence. Some days it’s so bad we turn the fences off and just have the collar track. He doesn’t get out often at all but he shouldn’t be getting a correction for laying in the middle of his yard.

It works great at my property but I have not been successful setting a fence anywhere else. I have tried 4 different places and every time it just shocks my dog. It is also annoying how the fence will drift in location at any time
